Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

  • Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number for all orders once your package is shipped.

  • A shipping confirmation email or text will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

  • We are not responsible if USPS does not update tracking information on their end.

  • We do not hold packages in our facility once a tracking number has been generated

Most of our products have unisex sizing which means that you may need to go 1 size down. Products with unique size configurations will be notated in the product description. 

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so modifications or cancellations may be limited. Contact our customer support as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Pre-sale items ship on or before their designated ship date. Delays or exceptions will be sent via email or text notification.

ORDERS CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACEMENT.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the original order’s arrival date. Please email orders@bossupgirl.com with the following:

    • 1. Your order number

    • 2. The item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  • If we have made a mistake, please email orders@bossupgirl.co with a picture of the error in order to proceed with processing a fix/replacement.

  • Refunds are provided in the form of store credit.

  • Merchandise must be in unused/unworn condition. Please note: We reserve the right to deny the return based on the condition of the product. (i.e. smoke smell, burn marks, pet hair, etc..)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A Return Tracking Number is REQUIRED in order to process refunds/exchanges. At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. Exchanges are treated like returns. The customer will be provided a store credit allowing you to complete your desired exchange.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item you’re interested in is currently out of stock, you can sign up for notifications to be alerted when it becomes available again. Just enter your email on the product page, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address after placing an order. We’ll do our best to assist you, though changes may be subject to the order’s processing stage.
